It should fit, but it is not impossible that you'll need to drill some extra holes in the cantrail to bolt it down. I don't know if the fixings are all in the same places, it would seem sensible that they are, but sense and Landrover...

It's the same size and will bolt on. May need to drill some holes to line up with B posts etc. but nothing dramatic.

You may have a few problems such as lack of door seal lips above second row door apertures and lack of brackets for headlining etc. Both remediable with a bit of thought though.
