I just ordered myself a BAS HI FLOW INTERCOOLER should I change my hoses to silicone - is it a good idea? 2010 Defender 90 HT

Yes, deffinatly! Had my 2012 hoses changed by Pete whilst he fitted the Hi-Flow and the original hoses were already very soft on the corners. James

BAS has some blue ones too. (5 Ply)
Terrafirma has quite an assortment of colours. May be a quality difference between the two? |

Possibly, more likely that BAS make less and TF mass produce them so cheaper.
I had the TF ones on my 90 for 3 years with no issues. |
