Wiring diagram please
I want to use this switch to turn on/off an interior led strip light, the switch has also a light. It came with a wiring diagram that I can make no sense of any help appreciated. Thumbs Up

First time I have seen anode and cathode relate to a switch.... but of course made in China.

At a guess I would assume the top two are for the backlight led.

The bottom two are the switch contacts.

Check by using an ohmeter across the terminals. The on with the highest resistance is the switch contacts. Or you can put 12v across the top contacts to verify that this is indeed the light. My 10th Land Rover, but my first Defender.

......

Me too..... Confused

IMHO
Power anode = +12V Battery
Power Cathode = GND

Equipment anode = +12V to the "equipment"
Equipment cathode = GND to the "equipment"

May be related to the switch "ON" indicator Internal light (LED as per Amazon description)...
