I have for sale the bbus and an extension lead with the proper plugs so no splicing of wires needed. I could not get this working on my td5 and I quickly gave up after neighbours complaining and giving myself whistling noises in my ears. So took it off in frustration and been in the box ever since. The Landy is now sold so it needs a new home. I am asking £150 ono inc postage. Marto

It is a relocation lead so you can move it to a more secure location. |

Mi dispiace, non sono sicuro di cosa intendi. Parlo spagnolo se questo aiuta. |

My 2007 90 SW xs does not have this behind it headlight. I am curious if usually it was optional specification. ]
My defender is UK car so I believe should have this. If I can confirm this is the case and I should have this and can fit it with ease because of compatability, I would be interested to take. |

If i am right there may or may not be a plug there as the puma Landy did not always have them as I think it was an optional extra. But on the td5 models the plug always seems to be there. Marto

Do you know would the plug be behind the headlight also or in a different place (the cable in picture look long)?
I am looking and can noot see any place to attach cable obviously. My puma have alarm though and my reading suggest this is extension to that. |

Hi. The cable you see in the picture is an extension cable so you can move the bbus away from the front of the car. If you have the cable it will be probably just hanging below the headlight. If you have the normal horn alarm the plug you want is on the same loom as the plug going to your normal alarm.
Plug you are looking for looks like this but in brown. Click image to enlarge |

Did you originally buy this from Matt at FCX?

The TD5 wing harness had the BBUS connector as standard but the TDCi only has it if a BBUS was factory fitted. You would need to obtain a suitable harness to retrofit this to a TDCi but it is a straightforward job. |
