The rims on eBay (if I am looking at the same set as you, the only set listed at the moment) are unlikely to be FC rims, even though they are described as such, since the part number they carry is that for the 109 One Ton rims (569204). The 2B, apart from the very easrliest ones, used 569203. I say "unlikely" because it is rumoured that there are rims manufactured to the FC offset ('203) but marked with the One Ton part number ('204), so you'd have to measure the specific rims to be certain.
Then there were the two different version of 543384, confusingly with the same part number but different dimensions, which were used on the original 2A FC and the very early 2B FC. All four of these (543384 V1, 543384 V2, 569203, and 569204) are distinctly different in terms of offset and not really interchangeable excpet as a set, and all are almost without exception described wrongly when advertised for sale, even by dealers who should know better! The first version of 543384, and 569203, are probab;y the rarest and hardest-to-find Landrover rims of all and command premium prices, as you know. Good luck with your search! 569203 are the ones I'm after, Genuine early 2a only.
Ive found there are more than 1 full set on eBay but sadly for me those prices are unrealistic! 80" 80" 86" 88" 90" Wanted, Forward Control Anything considered. |

569203 are 2B FC, I believe, not 2A, which had a different offset. Sadly this doesn't make them easier to find. |

Your right BW, they are the 2B rim the 203s.
They are riveted and the widest offset, and yes difficult to find Yesterday I was very lucky! I pulled two good rims from a skip after a farm clearance, Chatting to the owner who let me have them for free Told me he may have 3 more in his workshop at home, his 2B had gone years ago after fitting some larger rims from a Leyland truck, so he could fit even larger tyres! I'm now working on the assumption that the other 3 will not materialise? So I'm starting the search. I have been lucky enough to have secured another one 203 rim last night after frantically asking around I think these will look great on the series 3 build 80" 80" 86" 88" 90" Wanted, Forward Control Anything considered. |

Hello ian series 1
May be worth giving Dave Miles a call at Safari Engineering... http://www.safari-engineering.co.uk/home/4591533370 They have a large collection of parts form 'broken' vehicles as well as 'restoration projects' examples from time to time... Was only in there yesterday speaking to Dave Miles and for some reason didnt take a photo of that same view. Whilst reading this thread was about to say the same thing about calling him to ask, though best to visit and see for yourself if what he has available are what you are after.

I'm sure that everybody is aware that 101 wheels use six studs instead of the usual five... Darren
