happy days, i originally had a set from him but had to send them back due to not fitting.

Thank you for all of your helpful suggestions. In the end I bought the LEDs and connectors myself (thanks to Martin). Fitting was very straightforward.

Only issue is that the OEM 95mm plinths I bought differ from the factory-fitted fog/reverse plinths (the ones fitted at the factory are the same diameter but more shallow) hence the new fog and reverse LEDs are protruding slightly. Will replace with OEM 95 mm plinths when I figure out how to remove the existing ones! (think they must be removed from the back). Anyway here is a before and after for your viewing pleasure
