...and some shoddy reporting too

Ah I know about this, it happened very near where I live. The place they were has no green lanes. There is no legal vehicular access at all. And the weirdest thing is that they just received a caution. Why the hell didnt they just hit them with a section 59 and seize the vehicles? Absolute morons

Well written article though, clearly shows these people are complete and utter tossers but gives a well balanced view of considerate use and they sought out the views of someone from within the 4x4 community.

Can't see why they weren't prosecuted if they were using routes without vehicular rights of way.
