Is that a chocolate hobnob?

Haven't had one for ages so I sent the kids to get two packs last week for when I'd finished mowing the lawn. By the time I'd finished my parents had popped round and the wife, kids and parents had polished off both packets Big Cry Ray

Not just any Hobnob, it was a special hand picked order exclusively for me. Note the sleek lines and general finish which subtly hint at succulent flavour and divine masticatory experience.

Certainly a cut above the ordinary biscuit and well worth bringing to the attention of this fine and august gathering. Steve.

If my failing memory serves me right I remember McVities made ginger nuts covered in dark chocolate. Bow down

They were right tasty, but I don't seem to be able to get them now.

Come on McVities, sort yourselves out! Laughing

I'm a strict non-dunker.

No one in their right mind would risk half a biscuit in the bottom of their cuppa! Whistle

As Dunkers go, Hobnobs are good.

They can last a while being dunked.

Happyoldgit, you have sold yourself short.

Stacey007 has put you right - a nice biscuit is just not complete without a cup of tea to go with it.

But for true contentment, both have to be placed on the flat wing of a proper Land Rover, next to which you can sit and believe for one short moment that all is right with the world.

Until you notice that puddle of power steering fluid on the floor.........

I'm more about a standard, none tarted up biscuit. Without all the 'goodies'.

More of a biscuit to do the job, not to be flashy !!!!

Good grief.
