After posting off the wrong cheque yesterday and asking for a new cheque.

I once had a similar experience, and contacted my solicitor at the time. He said that you have to give them fair warning that they have it wrong and for the mail to desist. If it carries on, despite your letter to them, then you can indeed class this as harassment and take out a court summons against them, or maybe report it to the police (can't remember which). But the police nowadays are too busy arresting people for hate crimes. Now left.
