Hello, I do not mean to put a tent in a minefield. That would be dangerous!
I beleive it is the correct expression in English when there is too much choice and possibility of mistake when attempt to choose and buy something in the market. I have look now for quite some time about options for a tent that fit the behind of my 90 and pack away to storage on exteriour of the vehicle (roof, side, back...no matter but not interiour). Ideally fit the back so the door stay open to the 90 and have access and incorporation into the vehicle. Is there any recommendations of maker or source for something like this? Really have trouble finalising choice especially as can not easily try and see them in the flesh here - no sources. Help appreciated! |

How's about these:

To throw in a curve ball I use a motorhome drive away awning. I generally put it behind my Sankey trailer with a Hi-Cap tub and Ifor Williams canopy but I have fitted it on the back of my 110 when I went to Peterborough last year. Mine is an air pole type so no poles to fit in, when packed away it fits in a bag around 0.5x0.5x1m even with the stirrup pump in there.

+1 for the Oztent RV4 seen here with my 101. Expensive but excellent. The awning can connect directly to the roof or rack on a 90/110. A caravan track accessory is available if you want to do it properly. Side panels are also available.
Here are some details from a vendor in France: https://www.offroadattitude.fr/111_oztent Click image to enlarge |
