That's a good price! I was quoted £679 and a few pence for the same service!

G4sweep - the £406 quoted by Lookers in Chelmsford included their 20% life membership discout for having bought our 110 there. We were also given a 25% discount off all servicing there forever as not so long ago they cocked up the repair of our steering box (didn't bolt it in place properly). I'm going to see if they'll reduce it by a further 25%! I bet they'll only go down another 5% though. |

Oh. Well you've still a good deal there then. I forgot to ask if the price they quoted was minus the allegiance discount, probably not so I could perhaps knock 10/15% from that. I'm going to get a quote from Footloose 4x4 in Peterborough too.
I did happen to note though on the service breakdown sheet that they do most of what my 110 had done by LR when it returned from Mongolia! Now it's due 20 months later for the same treatment but with the privilege of me handing over reddies!

Considering it's only an extra 2diff oils and the transfer box it should only be about £50 more!! Mike
