[Wanted] Rock sliders for 110 DCPU
Looking for a pair of galvanised rock sliders for my 110 DCPU, the type that have the tube on the outside of the box section.

Either after a pair of good second hand ones or recommendation for purchasing new.

Thanks.

Thanks - would prefer galvanised but as these are new I guess I could get them galvanised anyway.

What day/time are you travelling to West Sussex and what route will you be taking??

Cheers.

Usually I am made to go A303 and then down to Haslemere...may be able to persuade her to go "coast" road, but a massive detour will lose me lots of well earned brownie points Whistle
Whereabouts are you?
And it would be on Monday daytime, probably lunchtime.

I'm in Winchester so if you are coming A303 I am guessing then A34 to A272 or A31. Maybe the Tesco car park where the A34 meets the M3? Do you have photos of the rock sliders you could send me please & do they come with bolts etc.? Cheers.

For info, I have those rock and tree sliders on my 110 DCPU and have been very pleased with them. I would definitely recommend them.

They are powdercoated as standard, so if you want to galvanise them you would need to get them stripped first, but of all the powdercoated acessories (spare wheel carrier, winch bumper, RAI, Patriot rack, etc) I have on my Defender the rock sliders are the only ones which have been well powdercoated and which haven't bubbled and blistered yet.
