Dynamat - Quick bit of advice
Just in the process of ordering in readiness to sound proof with Dynamat Xtreme and I had a moment......

I am now wondering about the seat boxes..... I am going for Dynamat Xtreme overlaid with Dynadeck on the floors and transmission tunnel (not fitting any carpet afterwards).

BUT would this be too thick for the seat boxes at about 11mm? Just wondering if the doors might foul and also if itwould get in the way of the seat frames. If it helps, its' a 1993 200Tdi CSW.

Thanks in advance.

I dynamatted the seat boxes but without the dynadeck. To be honest with just that it was a tight fit getting the original poor quality vinyl back on. Thumbs Up

Fit one layer internally into the seat box & one externally......... May your life be like toilet paper ; long & useful.
