Rear Quarterlight Trims
Hello folks,

Can anybody tell me how the trims around the rear quarterlights attach, please? I've got the clips that fix to the rear door frame but I can't work out from the parts book how the outboard fixings, circled in yellow, work.

They just push into the corner, as in the metal bits just sit around the side window trims and don't attach to anything. Ray

Ah, ok Confused What keeps it in the corner then? Is it held in place by the side window trims? Darren

Yes, the shape fits to the side window trim so it can't move up or down and the two circled brackets stop the trim moving towards the front of the vehicle and it can't move backwards because of the rear panel. The clips on the rear door edge stop the whole rear trim from dropping inwards. Ray

Great, thanks. I'll have to fit it and see how it goes as I'm planning to make my own trims for the side panels. Darren
