Hi All,
I've received an email from Douglas Stafford re; a mystery shopper coming with me when I next get my LR serviced and after them reviewing the paperwork and me filling in a questionaire they'll send me a cheque for £100 This is a question for LR customer service and fellow LR owners. Are Douglas Stafford a bonefide Co working for JLR ?? Have any of you you had dealings with Douglas Stafford and how was the experience and ultimately did you get your cheque ?? Thanks, Mark |
