I have one fitted, pretty straight forward.
Why would you want to fit one though? |

Stronger rear diff in the 110 than a 90. If the current axle is kaput then a 110 axle may well be easier to get hold of than a 90 one. |

Is the prop a different length and does it catch the fuel tank

the 110 is longer, so it wont fit.
Well it will if you move the axle backwards by 20 inches. |

You should have most of the parts to do the swap. A frame, trailing arms are the same. Spring seats need changing to 90 as the coils are different diameters.
You will need a prop spacer or new prop made to account for the shorter diff, or, I believe wolf 90s were fitted with the P38 diff so if you could find the P/N for the prop used on those then do share 110 rear discs are larger, and the calipers have bigger diameter pistons in if you want to upgrade the brakes. I'm unsure if the 90 calipers will even fit though, the mounting holes may be different. |

Alternatively you could fit the diff from the 110 front axle straight into the 90 rear axle.

Was it a four-gear front diff in the 110? If so, then you already have a stronger diff than the P38 four-gear.

The 90 calipers should bolt on the axle case as I have 110 calipers and discs on my 90. I would just leave the 110 set up there isn't much difference, just remember when you change discs/pads you have 110 brakes fitted.

I wouldn't swap the rear brakes over, they are smaller on a 90 for a reason and you won't gain anything worthwhile.

It doesn't foul the fuel tank.
Thanks for the P/N mash! |
