Weber Carb.....that's better
So my 110 has been parked up a little while whilst I ponder its MOT emissions fail (read spectacular fail).

Finally decided as the 110 a keeper the best option was to bit the bullet and go for the Weber conversion.

Picked up the newly MOT'd 110 today and very please at how much happier it sounds and goes. Mindful that it was previously fitted with Strombergs and the restrictors and frankly was a damn sight slower than by 90 2.5 petrol.

Also the engine bay now looks much tider with more room to work Very Happy

Only problem now is the new shiny carb and manifold make the rest of the engine bay look out of place.

I have a couple of spare rocker box covers so I think it's time to get the polishing wheels out and give them a make over and tidy the engine bay up.....not too much of course. Fixing Land Rovers for over 25 years..........and making excuses to the wife for almost as long Smile
