Hi all
I am selling my 2007 110 XS Stornoway Grey Dormobile converted 110. with 148,000 miles on the clock. My partner has decided that its time to have more room for her ball gowns and shoes when we go touring, so sadly my beloved 110 has to go... As many of you may know, its a very well used vehicle, with lots of extras that would take a tome to list, but the highlights are that its reliable with no known mechanical issues, (touch wood!) in good condition and ready to go on a trip tomorrow if needed. It has a good service history and the chassis in very good condition. It has the standard XS kit (heated windscreen, until-lock breaks, traction control air con etc...) so I won’t list all these here as most of us know the spec levels ... ask if you need more info. The Dormobile spec – well lIt is not fitted with a pop top as we use the roof often for carrying canoes and other things - but it has dormobile sleeping seats (seats fold flat to make 2 single beds in 2 mins) Cooker, Sink, table, water pump, 35lt water tank, external fitted gas bottle, wardrobe, 240v inverter, fitted steel wardrobe, LED lights. Espatcher D2 airtronic heater that has a 7 day 24hr timer, a Spit charger and leisure battery, with extra fuse box etc… Other kit – a great mobile security systems long line draw unit , rear window internal grills, rear NAS step, full length Brownchurch roof rack and ladder, several LED work lights and high mounted LED light bar, Raised air intake , BAS remap for the 2.4 engine – (which is FANTASTIC ! ). Boost Alloy wheels with BFG ATR’s on all round with looking wheel nuts. It’s got a good service history, I’m Looking for about £18,000 fully kitted and ready to go, which I think is a sensible price for the vehicle and all the equipment (plus more stuff that isn't listed here - ask for more details) Lots more pictures on my gallery here. Any ideas where else I should look at for selling this would be gratefully received ! Thanks James .. I”m a bit gutted my self but now it the time to move it to someone who can enjoy it as much as we have.
Its been all over Europe and Scandinavia with us, as well as numerous weekend trips all over the UK, and has brought us many adventures over the last 10 yrs, but its still a very capable wagon snd will provide lots of adventures to someone who wants to have the best of both world. The way its set up it can still be a day to day drive, and an expedition camper, Click image to enlarge Poppy - TDCI (Puma) 110XS 2.2 - Camper conversion - see the build here - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic56530.html Elgar -TDCI(Puma) 110XS Dormobile - now sold Devon & Cornwall 4x4 Response - DC126 |

I’m looking at getting a newer 110 ... but not fitted as a camper.
It would be a shame to dismantle the wagon to set it back to standard, as I’m sure that some one would benefit from having it ready to go. Is it definitely a newer 110 you're after or would you consider a 90?

The tent in the first photo looks interesting. What is it? Is it quick to put up?

hi Mr Fudge - Its got to be a 110 as I need the space to carry my canoes ands cycles. I’ve had several 110’s over the years and this one is the best I”ve ever owned and am a little anxious about what ever replaces will have a hard act to follow!
Hi Mr Tribord - the awning is made by Khyam and is called a 'porch awning’ snd can be put on any side of the vehicle ... its put up like an umbrella and takes a very short time to pop up and take down ... from bag to sitting in it is less than 5 mins normally.
