Hello from sunny downtown Aspendale.
From one Aussie 90 owner to another, well done, there aren't that many of us! Cheers, Pickles. |

100mm rain in 24 hours is a good build quality test. Is it leaking rain on the footwells yet?
Enjoy. Well done for getting a LR and not a Toyota. My chum lives in QLD and pines after a 110 but then Cost compared to UK is hardly attractive. Keep it forever. You'll love it. Happy new car! |

That looks very VERY smart! Pick mine up tomorrow (110 in Aintree Green) and I'm so excited. My first ever Defender after years of wanting one. I'd love a set of Duel finish alloys for it if anyone has a set for sale.

First few changes coming up shortly.
I have just ordered a set of the Entreq door sills from Brendan. They look like a nice product. Also have a few other bits in the garage which I have purchased recently but I haven't decided whether to fit or not yet including Ashcroft rear axles and flanges, and some uprated trailing arms. Fuel cooler guard will be made and going on shortly as well as I think that is a bit vulnerable at the moment. Also washed it and did 2 coats of Meguairs ultimate liquid wax today. Have already applied wax to everything underneath with an access hole, using wurth's cavity wax, and also the door pillars. Loire blue really is very very sparkly indeed in sunlight! 2001 90 HT 6.0LS/6spdAuto. 2003 90 td5 soft top. 2014 90 XS SW 2.2. |
