Cheapest way to do this would be to use,
https://letsencrypt.org/ Its free and depending on your website admin tool (Plesk) there is often a easy way to install and use it. |

By coincidence I am actually in a hotel now and switched from hotel wifi to 4g to prevent my password from being seen by other guests on same wifi network. |
