Hi All.
I have a set of these on my 2003 110 and have to say they are great all round tyres, cannot fault them. Until now that is... The fronts have about 4 to 5mm of tread left on them, good and even, so coming to the end of their useful life. Has anyone else noticed that as the tread wears the grip seems to go too?? Is there a difference in the rubber used within the tyre tread that could explain the progressive loss of grip with lowering tread depth? More curious than anything. |

Mine must be getting close to that having done 44k and so far I can't fault them (apart from the stone clatter), but that could just be the excuse I need to change them! It's safety after all! James

For sure I am a huge fan of BFG ..... BUT be warned ..... highway grip is not one of their strong points!
