I remember a similar vote when I lived there, about 15 yrs back. Result was the opposite of todays and i would have put good money on a bet for the same result this time. Genuinely surprised. Switzerland does not need any changes. I guess the EU promoted European wide brain washing initiative has stepped up a gear.
