Definitely Off Topic
I've recentky moved house to the Cumbria/Lancashire Border. As such, my Parents no longer need their static caravan.  Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge It's quite elderly (1999-2000 I think). It was bought brand new. Had very little use. Pet-free non-smoking caravan. It has one fixed double bed in the main bedroom, one twin room (beds still wrapped in factory protective wrapper!). The sofa in the lounge folds out into a double bed too. So sleeps 6 max.. Priced to sell at £1000, which undercuts any other I can see on the web. If you're interested I can take more pics (these were taken with my brother's phone), or of course can view. Worth mentioning the size - makes a difference on transport costs.
Fond memories of living in one of these whilst building a house - great for a self build project (my wife may not agree with the fond bit!) We sold ours very quickly locally for more than we paid for it - aim for self builders/small holders etc. I also found that finding a local company that could deal with the collection/delivery and give a rough price helped buyers as it's one less thing they had to find out... |

Good points, Stan.. 35' x 12'
I have a couple of traders interested too - also on Gumtree. If all else fails she'll be off to the Traders... Surprised to see there is almost a "we buy any caravan.com" !!!! 
As far as I cam see, she's sound all over...no water ingress or such faults which can plague older vans. Dad was using it for a couple of days/month until last November. Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's) |
