exhaust manifold
does any one know if landrover have bought a new manifold out for the defender to get other the warped flange issues

Why should they? a standard engine does not suffer from this issue. 130's have feeling's as well you know Smile

my Puma is standard and i have had 3 manifolds (warped) and 2 turbos (both siezed up) and lost count of broken heat shields, everything just gets to hot towing all the time If everything is under control you are not going fast enough.

Whilst my question is slightly off thread ,does the puma suffer from high under bonnet temperatures.The reason I ask is due to the high temperatures experienced here at this time of the year, 50 c plus. If so what can be done.
