Sorry I can't help with your query, seems strange as the Boosts is standard alloy but... just wondering why you're going from Twisted to Boosts? Just preference? And more importantly... what you're doing with the Twisted wheels?? James

Hi Christian1402
I had the same issue with fitting boost alloy wheels on the Land Rover / Mantec wheel carrier and fitted one of these. http://www.simonbbc.com/wheel-spacers/land...-spacer-x1 They are on ebay priced @ £38 item number:120721320659 Last edited by Def90 on 19th Jan 2017 11:47am. Yup same problem with the Safari Equip carrier. You are looking for a set of these oversized nut spacers;

Thanks for the replies.
Def90; i think that's the only thing that will solve the issue, I'm glad they sell them individually! Geobloke; thanks for the link, however I already have some of those on from the twisted alloy. The problem is the studs just aren't long enough to accommodate such a big offset from the boost alloy. Thanks again for the replies |

Unfortunately I have been made redundant so I have no choice but to sell the defender The twisted wheels will be for sale shortly, they're only 4 months old! |

Christian,
Really sorry to hear your bad news. I have a friend up your way looking for a defender. is it a 90 or 110? Any pix of the wheels as I am interested and if we did a deal could swap my new mantec carrier bracket (For boost alloys) directly with your twisted one and save us both a lot of hassle. PM me Frank "Of Course, Of course, I ain't asking . I'm telling!!" |

Sorry to hear that Christian, I hope things work out for you. Feel bad for asking now, whilst the Twisted wheel is my no. 2 choice I was thinking for the right price I might be tempted, however you should just take the highest bidder, which I'm sure I wouldn't be so good luck to you. James

It's a 110 CSW in silver The only pictures I have of the wheels are these ones Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge I've ordered a single wheel spacer as time isn't on my side unfortunately, I need to get the defender sorted and up for sale ASAP. However if you're interested in the wheels feel free to drop me a pm. |

Thanks, im sure they will! Worse things have happened. I will have another defender one day. I'll be putting the wheels up for sale on here but if they don't sell then I'll be keeping them tucked away for another day, selling the defender is my biggest priority at the moment |
