DVSA... a law unto themselves?
Previously VOSA now DVSA are churning out new regulations weekly that are crippling our small transport operators. Forget archaic tacho laws that make no differentials to age or fitness i now have an email from them saying if a driver fails to follow or stop for them the will be banned from driving/lose income etc. up here they are tugging vehicles still on the VOSA liveried vehicles which a good lawyer could argue the legality of in court and after the terrorist attacks in Europe i would be wary of stopping for anyone other than a recognised police car.
Driver CPC is also a joke now as most EEC countries have dropped that farce.
They must sit in their ivory towers dreaming of how they can impose more restrictions on folk trying to make a living in an already unequal industry.... They do forget who pays their wages! 2008 RS4 gone, 123d M Sport, and a Puma 90 XS..
