Worth checking if the account advertising it was a business or an individual? If the former, then I think you could certainly make an argument that you thought you were buying from a trader.

1963bus,...why can't you speak to the owner that owned it when it incurred this classification, to get the details of same?
Surely that wouldn't be too hard?

Hi all and thanks again for the advice.

I have decided "so it's a cat d" it's still a nice defender and if it doesn't sell, well I loved it a week ago and was only selling because I could have done with a few more seats and a bit more room.

I will do a fresh listing reducing the price as much as I can, if it doesn't go it's got a nice low mileage, looks smart so should give me many years service and it's still a defender

I don't know whether this thread wants locking or deleting or left but don't want to get in trouble having two ads for the same vehicle.
