Wheel ideas.
Looking for some advice on alloy wheels please. Last night a mate showed some interest in the new set of boosts sat in my garage. Not sure I wanted to sell them but all they are doing is gathering dust and my wife said that if I sold the boost’s I could put the money towards a new set for my 110, then give her my set of Compomotive’s with the 285 tyre to her to go onto her 90. Then sell her 255’s and steels on ebay. Seems like a good plan but not sure I know what I want and not totally convinced I want new wheels. I do want 16x8 or 16x8.5 with 285 BFG AT’s what should I consider and what do you guys have? I have seen a wheel at Silverline’s web site called Pro Comp (black and silver) but have no idea of the rating. The rating must exceed that of a standard 110 alloy wheel so I can declare it to my insurers.
This is what I have at the moment

Thanks

Boy

Glyn has some very cool wheels on his 130. Not sure who the manufacturer is though, but I'm sure he can tell you.

Yes I like th3 ZU's but

1. I think they are above my budget.
2. I thought they only came in 16x7.

I will do a search for those Preditors, do they do them in black?

My first choice would be ZU's.

Mine came with 18 inch Silverlines and Mickey Thompsons......I would gladly swap for ZU's (nothing wrong with my set up dynamically, just prefer the look of the smaller ZU rims)

I can't justify the outlay though given the tyres are not even half life yet and the rims are as new.....could probably get a good price for them but not enough for a new set of ZU's and comparable tyres to the Mickey's.
