Depends if it is Td5 or newer. If it is then the holes are already there on the fuel tank cradle 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

sadly mine is an R reg 300, is it possible that it could have the brackets?

If it hasn't got visible drop brackets similar to the front then they'll need welding on 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon
