I have one that has a dealer name on it (can't remember the exact name, somewhere in Southampton), that I don't use anymore. Not sure if it counts as a full hard cover though, it is a moulded front with the cloth sides to go around the wheel. Similar to this.

Let me know if it's of any use, at the moment it is just sat in the shed...
