Hi Guys, Just Joined Defender World

My First Defender, Well not really, It's my other halfs she has just bought a 2005 TD5 Defender 90 Pickup she saw it, had a drive in it and just wanted it.

It's standard at the moment apart from a bit of treadplate here and there, so I am going to do a few jobs on it for her to make it a bit sexy.

The first thing was to fit steps so she could get into it without a ladder, I am also working on an idea of a covered loadspace that lifts by remote so she can put the shopping inside. I have started it but its just to cold these days to do much outside.

I will post pics in the gallery as it progresses.

Hi andrew, You know me well, i can just about fit into it, i have lost a bit of weight, not that you would notice !!! Love the 130, well cool.

Ken, same missis ok, dont know how she puts up with me, but hey there is no accounting for taste, (thank god)

Fantastic, I wondered where that picture had gone. That's me a Stu in Nodosh's 90, Well in it !!!!

I seem to remember our shoulders were touching in the middle as well.

yes the 90 is just like this, fortunatly it is hers and not mine, so i dont have to get in it very oftern, the passenger side is fine !!!!
