Just listening on radio 2 about it, they said this happened 3 weeks ago!
And they can't find the offender, that's why they put out a public Appeal.

So my money is on Travellers, because if it was you or me there would be a copper standing on the doorstep as quick as you like.
I bet the truck is hidden on a site somewhere?
Not legal, so no paper trail to owner/driver. 80" 80" 86" 88" 90"

Wanted, Forward Control Anything considered.

And a Donald trump supporter, a Holocaust denier. a member of the National Front and I would not be surprised to find he had a giant poster of Nigel Farage naked above his bed. Whistle

Although to be honest I just think he is a really nasty piece of work. For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at..

A National Trust member, belongs to the WI, looks after his mother and does the odd bit of sewing to relax

Just keeping it balanced

It had that shovel to get the ice off the windscreen

Discussed on Jeremy Vine Show (Radio 2) today. Apparently the truck has been by traced by Police but the 'owner' wasn't driving and won't give details of who was. What's worse is as it is legally taxed and insured the Police have no powers to force the owner to confirm who was driving Shocked Hence why the Police have now released the CCTV footage in hopes someone will identify the man! Beggers belief!

Edit: in my fuming about the Police not having powers it would appear I didn't read all the above comments Embarassed James

That to me suggests that either the owner is terrified of the driver and the repercussions of reporting them, or that for some reason the driver isn't or wasn't entitled to remain in the UK legally and that by declaring the drivers identity the owner is opening themselves to prosecution for further more severe crimes. Possibly. Rhubarb and custard let fly with their secret weapon.

Its an offence not to know who is driving your vehicle at any given time

Its an offence not to give the relevant authorities those details so the owner must be a fool or very scared Question

Wonder what have happened if he'd killed someone. Silence from the owner should equate to a custodial sentence for protecting an offender.
As far as it goes, I agree with others' sentiments that it really isn't worth losing your rag as you never know what's going to step out of the other vehicle and what they're carrying - might be much worse than a shovel.

My money is on one of our esteemed members of the travelling community. The owner declining to name is protecting the offender. As the vehicle isn't involved in a traffic offence, the owner cannot be charged because the charge is against the individual in the photo.
Police will get him, eventually. It might take a while, but it will happen. New project and it's green: www.projectoverland.info

Change of tack, I was the victim of a road rage and want to get the footage published legally
How do I do it?

just want to humiliate the Censored , he got a community order plus £4K worth of damage to the Defender that LV are chasing him for

As much as you want to do that, my suggestion is that as you are still chasing the person for money, not to do this right now as that will ruin any chance you have. Once you either have the money, or know you will never see it, then post it far and wide. If you own the footage of the tape, and he was convicted, I believe you can post it up on social media. I don't think they can sue you because they have been found guilty of the offence. New project and it's green: www.projectoverland.info

I thought the 'pikey' truck reversed at speed into the front of the other truck? - Damned sure that must be an offence somewhere!
