I got an ebay bargain, full Safety Devices roofrack and ladder for £75
It had the fixing brackets missing, one call to SD and I picked a set up for £70. |

Here's a Brownchurch medium duty. I always liked the looks of them, good strong rack and easy to attach things to.

How does everyone get on with their roof racks with regards to wind noise on the motorway. I'm looking at getting a roof rack, I like the slim style and will probably go with a Flatdog one as I can't justify the price of a Hannibal or Patriot. I'm just a little worried about it howling at 70mph.

I have a small FrontRunner rack - about 2.2 x 1.4 with a wind deflector that was almost silent when on on D2. I will be selling it soon, though no brackets for a defender. I think they are pretty easy to buy - or just fix it to bars. I saw one fitted to feet from halfords! V8 90...WIP
