Gearbox and diff oil

Hi all I think I might have just stuck this question in the wrong place.
Can anyone tell me what oil I need to refill my gearbox and diffs on my 1998 Defender?
Also what size sockets will I need for the drain and refill plugs.

All very confusing Shocked but fun finding out. This forum is a mine of information although I do find myself scratching my head a bit lol
