Any tips? Tire carrier going on and would love to not break any bits haha

1) Remove the four grab handle screws using a Tor 25 bit.
2) Carefully ease the trim away from the door. Find the location of each plastic clips by flexing the trim and noting where it is held fast to the door skin. 3) The trim is now held by the center pin shown on the attached image and by the door internal release handle. 4) Slide out the plastic insert from the trim, at the back of the door internal release handle. 5) Move the trim in a upward direction to release it from the center pin and lift it clear away from the rear door. Don't do it if it's really cold. Plastic is snap-happy when it's cold.
