United Kingdom 2000 Defender 110 Td5 CSW Coniston Green
What size battery?
Looking to fit another battery under the passenger seat but wondering what battery would fit there alongside the standard battery?

I have an 110 W-reg TD5. I would prefer not to go down the expensive route of the red and yellow top batteries.

I think I measured it up correctly but I reckon two 019s would fit in mine, but it is a 300Tdi so plenty of space. Ed

A standard Defender battery, at least recently, is a 019.
You can *just* fit two of them in the box but it's a squeeze. My second battery is actually a 110 because I didn't think I'd fit the 019 in, but if I was doing it again I'd use the 019.
