Felt I needed to let you all know about the outstanding service I received from URBAN today, they fitted a stainless steel front bumper with DRLs and fitted the Nolden headlights I bought from Brendan on here, when I turned up they had a line of 17 plate range rovers, I was turning up with my 09 defender !!, they were so helpful, they took me around the workshop, which you could have eaten your dinner off the floor, then told me what they do to the range rovers, at no point was he funny about only taking £580 off me for this little job, when it was done he showed me how the lights dim etc, - just great service cant recommend enough Bow down Bow down Bow down

I was there on Saturday picking up some stuff I'd ordered. Quite a nice showroom, had a bit of a drool over an in-progress DCPU that was sitting outside.

I mostly spoke to them by email but they were always quick to respond and polite. Very helpful on the day too. Kind of wish I'd got to look around the place a bit more.
