I just undid the bolts and lifted them out the back door. A tad awkward to move but managed on my own. The trickier part was lining up the bolts when puting them back in as the sprung hinges can try and open before you get a bolts in.

Done this solo once before.
As above ^^ - getting them back in is harder, but doable. Solved the bowel problem, working on the consonants... |
