Black modulars?
Ok - had a think about black modulars too. Obviously quite more affordable (about £500 cheaper than ZU rims for example for a set of 5 when fitted with the BFGs etc). Of course, understand you get what you pay for, but I do like the look of the black modulars - just wondering there is such a big price difference? Do the modulars look knackered pretty quick or something? Confused Simon

Being steel they rust easily when they chip, I modulars on the tomcat where they take a fair punishment and I've never had any problems with them.

Had my for nearly two years without a problem. They look brand-new on the rare occasions that the car is clean. Like Ken says, avoid the red pinstripe ones (unless you're a fan of the old batmobile look). Peter

Thanks for the replies.Loving the look of the black modulars - only concern is I'm a bit lazy at keeping the 90 clean, and so don't want them looking knack'd within a year... Simon

Good God man, with a set of modulars and a bucket and sponge you could wash them in under five minutes to prolong the finish longevity! Tell you what! Next time you need a dump 'pm' me and I'll come wipe your ar5e if you're that bone idle!
Rolling with laughter
No offence meant by the way! But do you want jam on it? If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!
