Lack of emails happened repeatedly for me whilst I was with A-Plan, I think it's a feature.
They were always friendly on the phone and did once or twice manage to email me but the overall theme was of a failure to email. That, plus no choice of anything but an underwriter with an awful reputation made me go with a cheaper broker using a different underwriter that does seem to understand the concept of emails when my policy was up. |

I've never had an issue with emails, being an old fuddy duddy I like to have everything confirmed in writing and A-Plan have always done this, no problems.
I hadn't until now thought who the underwriters were but, hmm yes they do get very poor reviews! I hope I never have to find out!  James

OK, it seems my documents were posted out 2nd class rather than being emailed as I was informed, hence I haven't got them yet.
