It ain't. I had a hard time believing at first place, but had a chat with somebody trustworthy, reporting on the "freedom" they had using whatever was on the shelves during the last period at the factory. We had a nice pint (actually quite some) on the roller at a friends with a group of four with purchased '15 and '16er and two of them showed exceptional different hp ... Yes, I now believe and the guys fear the day a software update is part of maintenance. Never forget: cars have owner, Landrover have field service personnel.
