I used a pack of bolts from B&Q with a plain screwdriver/10mm nuts and a dab of satin black paint. Wont corrode ever again. 2008 RS4 gone, 123d M Sport, and a Puma 90 XS..

Yes, that is one option. I was also thinking plastic domed nut & bolts if the genuine rivets aren't available. I'll have to drill our the other side to match.

It may not be of much help but I don't think the genuine rivets are black. I recently bought a set of OEM mudflaps and mine aren't black.

That's odd. Is it just a stainless rivet with some sort of penny washer?

Your crossmember and flaps have been painted over the top - the Torx bolt above the flap is not black from the factory.
