A new phenomenon or a new plague. Almost a dozen higher end BMW models of the last generations were broking into last week in Belgium at people's homes, dashboards totally dismantled without any of those recent alarms going off. These high end latest generation car alarms are apparently not better than what we have in our Defenders.
Eric You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation. http://youtu.be/yVRlSsJwD0o https://youtu.be/vmPr3oTHndg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GtzTT9Pdl0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABqKPz28e6A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLZ49Jce_n0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvAsz_ilQYU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8tMHiX9lSw https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dxwjPuHIV7I https://vimeo.com/201482507 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSixqL0iyHw |

Maybe they are after the BMW bomb, you know the one that will go off if the car is driven at any speed less than 190 miles per hour, or with any consideration to other road users........ Oh woe, oh woe
My crusty old landrover, It will not go. |

if you look closely at the foot well, you can see the screw holding down the accelerator pedal has also been stolen.
Its the same go fast screw that was fitted to our nursery manager's 20 year old Pug 205 in the village. Driven flat out, tappets screaming each day for her 5km straight run to work. |
