Ireland 2011 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 CSW Stornoway Grey
Just back from a week in London and I'm still impressed by the way this 2.1 ton box with only 120 bhp can barrel along at 80mph on the M6, M1 etc with little fuss. My brother in law in London has just bought an Audi A6 3L biturbo which goes like stink but whats the point when you're either stuck behind slow traffic or in 30, 40 mph zones most of the time. I'll keep the Defender thanks.

I have a 2013 Defender 90 XS Station Wagon and Also a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

The Defender is in the workshop now for power loss, squeaky hub, propshaft UJ gone, rear door actuator playing up.

The Jeep has been the most reliable car I have ever owned which is why I've never sold it. Serviced annually and mostly normal wear and tear items to replace as expected. The car is still rust free after 16 years, the build quality is impressive.

That said, when looking at the key sets on the hooks in the morning I always pick up the Defender keys as driving it makes me happy. Any farther South and I'll need to trade the Defender in for a Landing Craft Smile
