Cooper Discoverer AT3 from 4x4 Tyres
Anybody else ordered Cooper Discoverer AT3's from 4x4 Tyres and had them ship AT3 sports?

All the wording on their website is for the AT3 and not the European sport version, so a bit cheesed off that they shipped sports.

Thanks, Steve

Just bought AT3 from them and got what I ordered.
I did hear the sport is the new version of the AT3

I would call Chris, i think, the manager. He was very helpful to me.

Thanks for the quick reply bm52, did you find the sidewalls to be quite soft for an AT? Also, if you get a chance, can you please take a pic of the tread so I can compare it to the sports.

I've dropped them an email this evening, and I'll call them to get them swapped. A number of retailers sell them side by side, so it doesn't look like a replacement.

cheers, Steve

Cooper don't actually list them in any of the normal Defender sizes on their site.
The closest is 265/70 instead of the more common 265/75 which you can get the normal AT3 in.
I wonder what the difference in the two tyres is?

It's not really clear on cooper site what differences are. They certainly have a different construction and these sports shipped were made in England...

The above pic, also explains why the sidewall feels so soft.
