Probably a bit of a short straw here but I am looking for an early 90 as the donor vehicle for a rebuild. Engine type not important as it will be replaced.
I am ideally looking for late 80s model which is tatty but fairly complete and must have V5. If it has a scrap of MOT remaining and is drivable this is a big bonus. Chassis corrosion not an issue unless it is terminal (e.g. rear x-member/quarter chassis are fine). Body type not important but would need to be mostly complete. Cosmetics not important. Have missed out on a few recently which fit the bill and have been 1500-1800 with MOT but ebay is full of one which are mostly scrap and sell for stupid money. Does anyone have one which is taking up space or know of one? Willing to travel a good distance for an MOTd vehicle or slightly less distance for one without. That looks like quite good. What sort of money are we talking.
Had a Perkins Prima in my 109" years ago and it was a cracking engine. What do you think still needs doing before an MOT? Cheers 02' 110 TD5 Double Cab Rebuild Thread |
