Why should you never ask a man if he is from Yorkshire?
..because if he was, he would have told you already |

Mama Mia - classic Abba song or Yorkshire lad telling his Mother he's arrived
A blunt and straight talking Yorkshire lad wakes up one morning with a sore anus, so he goes to the local village shop and says to the assistant, "Na then lad, has tha got any arse cream?" "Certainly," replies the assistant. "Do you want Magnum or Cornetto?" I'll get me coat For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at.. http://www.youtube.com/user/conwy1 |

I'm a very proud Yorkshire lad... I have a wealth of friends and colleagues in Londinium who know as much. Where I work...
No one else talks of where they're from or any thing that their county produces... In the Olympics where we came 12th in 2012 and 16th in 2016 - yes London got more medals, but we still got more golds, and that's all that matters. Yorkshire has more Yorkshire folk than Ireland has Irish, than scots have Scotish, than Welsh have Welsh-ish? So why the f00k are we so crap at Rugby I believe we are also one of the happiest places on Earth...ignorance is bliss If you go south of Yorkshire, you hit France. Nout wrong wi france York also voted to stay IN... I LOVE Yorkshire and that's all she wrote |

Just to heap more misery on the rest of the country.
Yorkshire has been voted the leading place to visit in Europe for the second year in a row beating London and Paris . http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/08/18/y...49016.html Don't make old people mad. We don't like being old in the first place, so it doesn't take much to us off. Richard |
