The fact your nuts look like nuts I'm guessing you've got steel wheels then? Nuts with caps are standard on the alloys and nuts without are standard for the steel wheels.
A brief search comes up with a set of 4 like this: http://www.paddockspares.com/pm226-locking...-of-4.html Might have to buy two packets or something. Nuts with caps can be a bad thing because they swell. |

They don't have a hole in the end but I have the same ones holding steel modulars on and they are plenty deep enough.
