Coasters
Simplest and cheapest tweak yet, but one that cheers me up every day. Put some silicone cup holder coasters into the cup holders (well it would have been silly to put them anywhere else) So instead of grimy bases I now have easy to clean shiny ones! 73mm one designed for Minis seem to fit well and are available from the usual online retailers at a huge variety of prices - shop around.
