Good service from the AA again over the last couple of days.
Click image to enlarge Not very happy that I've seen more of the AA with this LR than any other car! Dad not happy that on Boxing Day the LR decided that it didn't want its oil and left it all over his driveway Enjoyed the trip home in the auto freelander though Kids had to take their shoes off before getting in so not the car for us. JK No the other left . . . |

Got the truck back today. Vacuum pump oil seal gone? Sounds feasible. Nice steam clean engine bay No the other left . . .

If it had been out of warenty I'd have carried on driving it. When the AA looked at it they initially diagnosed the oil seal on the crank so if I drove it 200 miles home it would have been at my own risk with no recovery. Not worth the risk. Also no LR dealers open over the bank holiday weekend. Didn't want to stay at the parents until the local dealers opened No the other left . . .
